Massilia Blue is a superb flat with exterior located on the Old Port and offering an incredible view: sea, Bonne mère (Notre dame de la garde), Abbaye de saint Victor and the Mucem (historic part of Fort saint Jean).
Completely renovated in 2021, it offers 4 beautiful rooms with high quality fittings and furnishings, as well as an exterior with stunning views. Situated in a typically Marseillais district, it's the ideal location for enjoying the gentle pace of Marseillaise life.
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
Composition of the flat:
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of an emblematic building in the Old Port. You will be charmed by its generous size, its numerous bedrooms (4) and the general layout, which make it a very pleasant place to live. You will enter the main room with its beautiful open-plan kitchen, a large dining table for meals with family or friends, its lounge with library and its exterior with sea views.
Entering to the right is a first double bedroom giving access to a loggia. 2nd door to the right is another double bedroom sharing a shower room with the 3rd bedroom to the right, which has 2 single beds. The master bedroom is on the left and has a king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite shower room.
In all, the flat sleeps 8 / 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds) and 3 shower rooms.
The building's syndic informs us that work to purge and restructure the building's facade will take place on 10/03/2025 for 15 days from 9:00 to 15:00.
The flat is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi / Laundry machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary coffee capsules / ...

By staying at Le Massilia Blue you are choosing a privileged location on the Old Port, the emblem of the city of Marseille, right next to the historic Panier district and the Mucem, all with breathtaking views. The Vieux Port is a great place to experience Marseille. It's not only the historic birthplace of the Panier district, but also the place where everything happens. The new museums are close by, there are plenty of bars and restaurants lining the quays, and all forms of public transport meet here: bus, metro, tram, boat to the calanques or the Frioul islands, and even boat-bus to the Pointe Rouge or Estaque districts.

Massilia Blue Very nice location with a great view of the Old Port. Host was very responsive and helpful. Within walking distance of tons of great local restaurants and beautiful churches.

Massilia Blue "The place is in a great location, perfect for a family or a group of friends. It has all you need and it won't disappoint you. The view from the balcony is super!
Our experience ended on a low note as the water was cut in the entire building for 10 hours, since 7am in the morning. The point of contact from the agency never replied our texts when we informed them of the issue and we were never informed. Finally, no luggage storage option is offered so we ended up leaving them at a nearby hotel for a fee. Since we paid a premium price for this flat, we expected a premium service until the end.
Overall, the experience was great but the attention to details can be improved."

We absolutely loved this property!!!! Beautiful view! Very clean. Has everything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful about keeping us informed prior to our stay. The person who welcomed us was friendly.

I would recommend this property. It is in a great position with wonderful views. We had two concerns. First the apartment could be better cleaned. Great thickness of dust under the beds and it seemed as though the general cleaning had been done very quickly. Secondly we were met by someone from the agency. She had forgotten the second key and seemed in a very great hurry. Those problems aside the apartment would make a very good base indeed to explore this wonderful city.
