La ubicacion por ser un barrio muy centrico antiguo y tipico de Marsella.
No poder contactar por whatsapp con el afitrion y su falta de comunicacion. Que no sea especificado en el anuncio que no se puede acercar del alojamiento con un coche particular para poder descargar.

Le charme des lieux, le confort et l'agencement de l'appartement. La praticité des lieux avec les commerces et transports : je n'ai pas pris mon véhicule ce week-end et c'était vraiment un atout très appréciable de pouvoir avoir cette facilité.
Tout est prévu pour une installation cocoonig à l'intérieur car tout est pensé de façon simple mais accueillante.Merci au propriétaire !

Comfortable bed in a lively neighbourhood, the roof terrace is stunning both in the morning and the evening.
The WiFi signal does not reach the room and so I couldn't use this. I reported it and was giving a code for another network, this also didn't work - so no WiFi.
The room was very small indeed - which is fine, but the shower cubicle opened into the bedroom, toilet with a sliding door. As a solo traveller it was OK but I wouldn't want to share this with someone else.
The room I had looks onto the street, directly over a restaurant with outside dining - very noisy.
Considering how much I was charged for this room - 74€/night, it really does not offer good value for money. 50€ would be more realistic, at most. I would also have preferred not to have urine marks of the previous guest on the toilet.
