The holiday flat is located in Dresden Laubegast. Laubegast is located in the south-east of Dresden to the left of the Elbe. What makes this neighbourhood particularly attractive is the loose and green development and its proximity to the Elbe. The Elbe meadows and the Elbe cycle paths are ideal for local recreation and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Public transport, shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The city centre of Dresden is 10 - 15 minutes away by car or public transport. Overall, this holiday flat is in a very family-friendly location. There is a bakery directly opposite, where you can enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast daily from 6 a.m. It is a 2-minute walk to the Elbe ferry.
