Such a beautiful home- warm, cosy, well equipped, comfortable, a really great place for a break! The property was hard to find as we arrived late and there were no street lights or clear markings and once we had found the house we weren’t sure whether we could park next to the front fence or if we had to go round the back (we went to the back- note, you CAN park next to the front fence, that would have been easier than reversing in). Anyway, great property. Super cosy, really comfortable for 2 families with kids to cohabit for a few days (would have worked well for a longer break too). Couple of minor points- the en suite shower soaks the floor no matter what you do and the heating controls randomly disconnected on our last night and it wasn’t obvious how to reconnect. But would that stop us going again? Absolutely not! Brilliantly located for Wells, Holkham, Brancaster and the various Burnhams- we would happily return!

Great location for the lovely Wells next the sea, with a lovely pub in walking distance too. House was comfortable with two big beds and a a room with two single beds. Well appointed with everything you might need. Great dining table that we used for board games marathons with the kids. We had some issues with the heating - the thermostat wouldn’t connect. The owners sent some trouble shooting information after we requested it was repaired, but unfortunately it didn’t work. The shower door leaked a lot of water into the en-suite bathroom.
