An unusual, but rather cosy holiday home situated on the banks of Ortskern and the beautiful natural bathing lake, would be your home for your dream vacation. Wrapped in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday area and Zell am See and Mittersill, this holiday home in Niedernsill features a large terrace and sunny balcony. Enjoy the surrounding view of the towering Austrian mountains. With one spacious bedroom, the house serves as a luxury pad for 4.
This beautiful apartment, located in a heavenly location in Niedernsil and placed right next to the Tauern cycle path, is only a few minutes walk from the center and the beautiful natural swimming lake. Niedernsill is located in the tourist region of the Hohe Tauern National Park, 769 meters above sea level, between Zell am See and Mittersill. Far from the main roads, Niedernsill is surrounded by mountain pastures, superb excursion sites and numerous short and long hikes. In the area you will find several golf courses with different numbers of holes. To access the Kitzbühel ski area and the Zell am See – Kaprun resort and the Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn mountains in winter, you can reach the cable car located in both cases 12 – 15 km away.
The apartment, with an area of approximately 52 m², is composed of a bright bedroom, a spacious bedroom/living room with a dining area, a high-end rustic-style kitchen, then a new bathroom equipped with a glass shower, WC and underfloor heating. You can, on the beautiful balcony with an area of approx. 16m², enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains and spend pleasant moments enjoying the sun. You have public parking spaces in front of the house. Storage for skis and bicycles is also available.

Het is een uitstekende accommodatie waar wij met onze twee tieners konden verblijven. Het appartement ligt op circa 15 minuten van Kaprun en Zell am See zodat je snel de piste op kunt.

Ik schrok een beetje van de inrichting. In eerste instantie maakte het huis een wat donkere en rommelige indruk. Twee grote planten die voor mij niets toevoegen aan de sfeer en eigenlijk alleen maar in de weg staan. Bovendien; moet ik tijdens mijn vakantie planten verzorgen??! De mevrouw die ons ontving was erg gehaast en maakte indruk alleen te komen om toeristenbelasting te innen en formulieren in te vullen. Ik had graag een wat rustiger ontvangst gehad met duidelijk uitleg over het e.e.a.

Eenvoudige aankomst, sleutel in het kastje met code. Het appartement was netjes, ruim en schoon. Voor ons het is een bekende omgeving met veel ski mogelijkheden
