About this farm stay rental
This is a 15th-century farmhouse that is completely restored with 4 bedrooms, located in Rufina. It can accommodate a group or families of 8 and has a shared swimming pool and pond to enjoy.
The settings are alluring with an ideal location between the Apennines and the Tuscan hills. Pomino is 2 km and you can enjoy exploring this beautiful town. Tennis court and restaurants are at 500 m and the Pomino town center is at 3 km.
The farmhouse is large and tastefully decorated with Tuscan materials. The ground floor rooms are separated by old arches and floors have terracotta tiles. The bedrooms have wooden floors made of olive tree wood, chestnut, and Elmwood. There is central heating and a fireplace in the dining room. The garden is perfect for a barbecue. 1 pet is allowed and free parking is provided.
Check-in timings are between 4 7 PM and check-out timings are between 8 10 AM.
A utilities & service fee of EUR 80,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
