About this house rental
This detached villa is located in the enchanting promontory of Ansedonia, opposite Mount Argentario. It is fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
The property is located on the southern coast of Tuscany, just 400 m walk from the sea. From the villa you can reach the beautiful Cosa archaeological site with a small museum on foot. Numerous restaurants can be found within a 15 km radius and the nearest supermarket is 8 km away. The Tagliata Etrusca and the Spacco della Regina are well worth a visit.
Enjoy total privacy and beautiful sea views from the terrace. The villa is spread over 2 floors and equipped with comfortable rooms furnished with care and taste. Air conditioning provides cooling on the top floor and the pleasant garden is furnished with attractive furniture.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
