Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of the Sauerland region! This newly renovated holiday home is situated on the southern slope of Lake Hennesee, nestled within a tranquil holiday park – ideal for nature lovers, cyclists, swimmers, and pet owners.

Enjoy swimming, fishing, surfing, hiking, Nordic walking, and cycling around the lake. Stroll along the picturesque lakeside promenade with its fountains, cafes, and restaurants, or experience the maritime charm of a boat trip.
Nearby Attractions: Thrill-seekers will love the Fort Fun amusement park, while winter guests can explore the slopes of the Winterberg ski area (30 km) or the nearby cross-country and downhill ski trails.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and new tiled flooring, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed and bunk beds with ladder access. The sofa bed measures 140 cm x 200 cm. Please note that you should bring your own bed linen. The spacious terrace is furnished with garden furniture, loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue, inviting you to relax outdoors.
Easy access & parking: Your private parking space “ODH 3” is conveniently located on “Auf der Eicke” street, right next to the stairs leading to the house.

The house was clean, It is an old house, but some parts like the bathroom were refurbished. The kitchen was old but functionaliteit and they had a new coach. Some parts were stil in the 70’s and 80’s like lamps and paintings and the garden was a jungle. They must also throw away the old furnature outside. The location is perfect and the house was warm. You can just rent it and enjoy your stay there

Wat een fantastische plek! Schitterende omgeving, hier kom je echt tot rust. En als je toch wat ondernemen, dan zijn Willingen en Winterberg op een kwartier rijden. Wij waren hier met onze 2 kinderen van 14 en 8 jaar en we hebben ons geen moment verveeld. Echt een aanrader! Tot slot: we hebben nog nooit zo'n hartelijk ontvangst gehad. Onze gastvrouw was enthousiast, geïnteresseerd en superlief. Wat een geweldige vrouw. Hartelijk dank voor de goede zorgen.
