Holiday, where the Sauerland is the greenest.
Newly decorated, fully modernized NR apartment with fireplace and former farmhouse. Wonderful quiet secluded location. Family-friendly and suitable for allergy sufferers. Ideal for walkers and bikers, with P-way connector.
Plenty of space for up to 7 people and indoors: The 40 m² large living room invites you with a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV to relax in front of the stove a. Additional dining / work table.
Home cooks find everything your heart desires: kitchen with large fridge-freezer, work surfaces, ceramic hob & oven, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, dishwasher.
Sleep well: One bedroom with a double bed and exposed-beam ceilings farmhouse and one with bunk beds (suitable for adults). Extra beds for two persons in the living room with a surcharge. Baby cot can be provided free of charge. Laminate and tile flooring, bedding down-free. All rooms with views of the countryside.
Even in the bathroom all green: well-lit bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Additional guest toilet.
Bedding, all towels included in the price.
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS; Office or reading room; Valets for wrinkle-free clothes; free use of the garden and fireplace; Grill; Deckchairs; Children's swing; Highchair, hair dryer; Laundry room with washer and dryer (shared use / free for stays of 10 days); Bicycle shed.

Our family has lived since 1850 on this property - currently four people from three generations. Occasionally you meet your hosts. The apartment is completely separate ground floor and has its own entrance. Upon request we offer a shopping service and fill the fridge-freezer prior to arrival - Standard, BIO or vegetarian. Court Kahlenberg is located at the far end of the hamlet Blemke in beautiful, absolutely quiet secluded location: Above us only sky and forest. The property is yet conveniently: 1,5 kilometers to the B 236th Supermarkets, bakeries, retail, several bikers supply stores / bike workshops within from 2.5 to 5 kilometers.
Adventure AquaMagis (water, fitness, sauna, spa) and horseback riding a few miles away.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 4 Tage in den Osterferien 2022 gebucht und als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren genutzt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch im Wald an einem Berg. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Erwähnenswert sind die vielen Spiele vor Ort - da hätten wir unsere Eigenen gar nicht mitbringen müssen 😉. Morgens und Abends konnten wir den Rehen auf der Pferdekoppel hinter dem Haus beim Äsen zuschauen - für unsere Kinder eines von vielen Highlights. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft ein kleiner Bach und es gibt einen kleinen Teich - ein weiteres Highlight unserer Kinder 😀.
Abends haben wir uns den Kamin angemacht, die Flammen und die wohlige Wärme genossen.
Kurzum: unsere Kinder haben sich bereits festgelegt und möchten wiederkommen und dem werden wir sehr wahrscheinlich auch entsprechen 😀!

Wir hatten drei Schlafzimmer, dazu noch eine geräumige gut ausgestattete Küche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten keinen Handyempfang, dafür aber WLAN. Und es ist wirklich sehr ruhig, ideal um vom Großstadtstress abzuschalten.
