Excellent location away from tourist crowds but with easy access vaporetto stops and the basilica.
Very clean and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful.

colazione non prevista erano però presenti tisane e caffé in capsule. Positivo il fatto che la posizione, pur non lontana dal centro e ben collegata, non subisca l'aggressione turistica di altre zone e risulti quindi più tranquilla. Probabilmente l'ultima parte di Venezia ancora nella disponiblità dei veneziani.
Infine il valore aggiunto della struttura l'host Matilde: iniziata male l'esperienza per un fraintendimento in fase organizzativa (erano previsti 4 bagni mentre la struttura ne ha solo 2+1), Matilde ha saputo mediare e risolvere alla fine il problema con reciproca soddisfazione.

The house is clean tidy with 4 double bedrooms on the upper floors, with 2 bathrooms on the same floor and additional toilet on ground floor near the kitchen which is well equipped with cutlery tableware, cooking utensils, cookware, also coffee machine coffee pods & Cafetiere espresso, there is a hob& combination microwave oven grill, for cooking We used the hob for breakfast at house, purchasing fresh bread etc from local patisserie.
5 adults stayed comfortably for 4 nights, the 2 washrooms bathroom & shower room plenty of room for everyone
bedrooms are spacious, there are no locks on bathroom doors, I expect this is a safely aspect, so use decided if door closed bathroom in use.
the windows have outer shutters help to control early morning sunlight
the house is over 4 floors stairs have sturdy hand rails.

wi-fi worked perfectly use password in lowercase
There is also a mini mart close to the house just a couple minutes walk.
The street is in a quiet location but within a 5 minute walk to local amenities and a short 10-15 minute walk along the bridges along the waterfront to main attractions Doge palace, St Marks Basilica.
we had a lovely stay spent 4 days exploring Venice & caught a water-bus to Murano to visit the world famous glassware shops and exhibits
If you have a late flight in Giuseppe Garibaldi street there's a luggage storage facility, the large storage box holds 3 cabin size cases and a few smaller bags for 10 euros for the day or 3.50 euro an hour via a pay machine.
I cant say i didn't like anything, possibly a kettle but saucepan sufficed to boil water for tea.

Lage sehr gut, sehr sauber!
Das angegebene 3. Bad war nur eine Toilette, sehr viele Etagen, Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig.
