Only 1 minor gripe the kettle dripped badly from the spout! Trying to catch boiled water not good.

The flat was spacious, light, very clean and well-equipped. It had everything 4 adults needed including a dishwasher, and washing machine.
It was only a short walk from the town centre, but was very quiet and we all slept really well in the lovely comfortable beds. The private deck looked nice, but as it was a rainy, cold January we didn't get to use it
Although we never met Philip he was very communicative and helpful. He even sent an email list of useful places ahead of our arrival. By far the best communication we've ever had
I'd definitely recommend this property and would use it again if we get back that way
The downside was the bathroom was always cold for some reason, despite the big towel rail. That said we all used the shower, and 2 of us enjoyed the bath (a novelty for us)
The other thing to note, nothing to do with the flat, just it's location. There seemed to be cars parked along the street outside in some very random places. Luckily the road was fairly quiet so getting out of the private off-road parking wasn't an issue

Bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.
The owner responded to a problem immediately.
Bathroom grubby. Cold. Water appeared on the floor.
Dust and old tissue behind bedside cabinet.
Apartment cold on arrival. Had to get a code for access to the heating. The owner appeared to turn the heating down remotely but we can’t be certain.
Noise from flats above.
