Location locations and locations walking distance to sea front and town perfect for what we needed
Unfortunately when we checked in the cleaners had not been in luckily we spoke to the neighbour’s who contacted Alex from Totally Norfolk who called me and explained the situation (cleaners where running late) and made sure everything was sorted

Great location for exploring Cromer and the beach. Good size for our family of 5. The supermarket (Morrisons) was conveniently close by.
The stairs were steep (but we knew this when booking). The towels provided were thin and didn't dry well during the day.

The location was excellent, opposite a supermarket and 5 minutes from the station. (This mattered as we were arriving by train.). 10 minute walk to the cliff top overlooking the beach. The house was roomy and comfortable with 3 good sized bedrooms, one had a hand basin as well.
The front had steep steps leading to the entrance and there were no handrails only a rickety wooden fence. We found them a bit tricky especially with luggage. Also the gleaming spacious bathroom would benefit from a towel rail for drying.

Soft towels and good location.
Property clearly needs some TLC. Shower coming off wall. Black mould in bathroom, partially hidden by repainting. Cobwebs blocking extractor fan and behind towel rack. Wooden floor beading all swollen and or loose. Would appreciate a good dust as Numerous cobwebs throughout. Only 1 toilet roll left. Previous occupants urine stains left on the outside of toilet bowl.
