Fantastic hosts, great location and good value for money. Close to everything you need.
I assumed from the pictures there was a full bath but there isnt, property was slightly cold as I couldnt work the heating (my mistake). Would have liked a slightly later check out for a Sunday morning

Location was about a 5 minute walk to King’s Cross. The place felt quite safe and quiet, with a couple of restaurants, pubs and a Tesco nearby. Our room was located on the ground floor and was good for 4 adults, with a good amount of space available for our luggage.
Not a major issue for us but the ventilation for the bathroom was only through an exhaust system, so we had to keep the door open after each shower.
One bedroom was facing the front of the street, so we were hoping that the windows could be more difficult to open from the outside. However since there weren’t a lot of people going around the area it felt safe to open the windows a bit.

The location was super convenient, and the communication from the hosts was great.
It is great for a place to base yourself but as a group of 3 the space was quite cramped.
