La ubicación muy bien, cerca del centro y cerca de las salidas de la ciudad a todos lados. Sitio cómodo para encontrar supermercados o restaurantes. Wifi OK, TV ok. El parking dentro del recinto funcionó super bien.
La cama matrimonial justa y el sofá cama (aunque sea para niños) es insufrible, muy incómodo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear (las ventanas no las han limpiado en meses) y la limpieza de la cocina se nota que hace mucho que nadie lo hace a conciencia (solo basta tocar la puerta de la nevera). No hay mesa para cuatro, es una mesa alta (la barra de la cocina) con unos taburetes que hacen ruido, se bajan solos, superincómodos. Además, el suelo de madera de todo el piso hace un ruido infernal.
