La luminosité, les lits faits à l'arrivée, les chambres agréables avec une bonne qualité de literie, la cuisine bien équipée, la facilité d'accès avec une boite à clés et des places de parking autour, la situation dans la ville de Lorient (pas loin du centre), le coin salon avec le canapé, le parquet en bois dans l'appartement
Il y avait une grosse couche de poussière sur le meuble télé. Les joints de la douche n'étaient pas nets et il y avait des fourmis dans la salle de bains. La table de la cuisine est abîmée. Un livret d'accueil serait un plus.

L'appartement est très bien situé, le contact que nous avons eu était très bien, l'espace de l'appartement est grand.
Amélioration à revoir : l'équipement dans la cuisine, l'entretien des extérieurs et la propreté de l'appartement.
