The flat was very pretty, felt cozy and like a real home instead of a rental property, and the location was great. Easy 10-15 minute walk to get to the tube and there were bus stops even closer. Also easy to walk to coffee shops or restaurants.
It was a little dusty and there weren't enough linens/sheets for us to access. The washer and dryer were too small/slow for us to launder them easily, and we were charged after the fact for opening up a fresh linen pack.

The house is beautifully furnished. Everything is as advertised. The location is excellent, very close to shops, a pastry shop, a bus stop, and the metro.
It's a shame the heating on the lower floors wasn't turned on before we arrived. We weren't able to turn on the radiators ourselves and had to wait for the staff. However, our request was responded to relatively quickly.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and beds to sleep in. The home was lovely and clean and everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. We had family in London with us for Christmas and cooked a Christmas dinner for 12 at the house, the kitchen also exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed and more from utensils to oven trays, there was even a whole spices and herb cabinet. The rooftop balcony was lovely to sit out on. Overall it was a brilliant experience and will book again in the future when our family next stay with us.
The main entry door lock could be better secured, it was a little loose upon our arrival.
