The house is suberb and the pool perfect. Located at a few hundred meters from a very calm and clean beach. Very nice sunsets.
The small village Mastichari is easy going and relaxed. No disco's and no noisy youth. Perfect.
We also rent a car for a good price from the owners (Mastichari Holiday & Car Rental)
The owners of the house Peter and Vivi are very kind, and you can ask them for everything.
The supermarket in the village does not have fresh fish our meat. When you like to cook / bbq at the house you have to rent a car and go to the supermarket nearby the airport our direction Kos-city.

Spacious rooms, all with bathrooms. We all slept really well, it’s was very quiet!
We absolutely loved having our private space and pool area. We took advantage of a few BBQ evenings watching the sunset. The kitchen area was spacious, plenty of cooking utensils, we had everything we needed. Large fridge freezer!
I must admit, having a washing machine and tumble dryer (with two children) was a luxury!

bei Ankunft am Flughafen wurde über Whatsapp mit den Eigentümern kommuniziert und bei Ankunft an der Villa empfing uns die Eigentümerin/Gastgeberin schon und zeigte uns die ganze Villa, Die Ausstattung der Villa war sehr gut, es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit einem kleinen Bad und im unteren Stock eine Gemeinschaftstoilette, draußen gibt es einen großen Grill, eigener Pool mit vielen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten (insgesamt Platz für 6 Personen), auch in der 3.obersten Etage gibt es auf der Dachterasse Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern. wurde etwas benötigt wie Müllbeutel, Spültabs o.ä. brauchte man nur per whatsapp dies mitteilen, es gibt eine Waschmaschine (Waschmittel/Tabs sollte man mitbringen), auch super direkt fußläufig ein großer Supermarket (zu Fuß ca. 5 MIn. u.man ist dann auch gleich im Mastichari Dorf mit Restaurants u. Bars, wo auch die Eigentümer ihr Office mit Mietwagenverleih haben u. man da auch versch. Touren buchen kann) und der Strand , die Villa liegt an einer Seitenstraße sehr ruhig gelegen, ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen um die schöne Insel zu erkunden.
was fehlte waren z.B. Sonnenschirme oder eine Markise im Outdoorbereich, man war der kompletten Sonne ausgesetzt, auch in der obersten Etage auf der Dachterrasse fehlte Sonnenschutz, man konnte oben nicht sitzen aufgrund der direkten Sonne, die Bäder waren sehr klein, teilweise waren die Matrazen sehr hart (hatten diese umgedreht, da waren sie weicher) , was auch fehlte waren z.B. Feuerzeug o.ä. um vorhandene Kerzen anzuzünden (wir hatten welche gekauft und dort gelassen, so haben unsere Nachfolger auch was davon)
