Apartment is really spacious and it's the only one in the building so you get full privacy. It's very well located, close to harbor, bus, restaurants, shops, free parking place, 50m from the sea. Each room has a balcony and views to the sea are beautiful especially during sunset. It sits above the snack-bar, but we didn't notice big noise. Free use of sun-beds was also very welcome. Owners work below in the bar so if you need anything, you can just run down to ask for it.
I read the reviews so my expectations were a bit lowered. Nevertheless there were couple of things we didn't like.
- Looks like they improved kitchen equipment, but there's still no big sharp knife, cutting board, spatula or cheese grater
- Hot water almost non-existent. Probably heated only by sun so after dark there was only cold water.
- Internet was a big issue for me as I needed to work remotely. The Wi-fi signal is good, but there's probably too many people using it and it breaks all the time. I ended up using my mobile data which worked fine.
- Last one is not for the property itself, just a note that exactly this part of beach close to the harbor gets covered with seaweeds the most (check wide strip of them on the photo)

we did not have breakfast the location was excellent
it was very basic very cheap uncomfortable furniture but spotless clean
