Staybridge Suites - San Bernardino - Loma Linda

Love the room with small kitchenette, seating area, comfortable bed. Very close to many restaurants.

Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and were often late getting food and coffee etc out in a timely manner

The breakfast was great, except the bold coffee was not hot, barely warm.

Loved our unit! The bedrooms were nice, although it would have been nice to have nightstands on both sides of the bed. I had to use a cooler to put my eyeglasses on. Also there were only 4 plates and 4 place settings in the kitchen. The previous Staybridge had plenty of dishes and silverware.

Breakfast, horrible!! After serving my kids went down to serve myself, food was not restocked. There was nothing left to eat literally. Food area was filthy and your host (a man) was on his phone in the kitchen behind piles of dishes as I peeked looking for help. We had to ask the lady at front desk what's going on. I suggest you find a new host as he is very unprofessional and in the wrong line of work! You have people coming down to eat barely 9am, there's burnt turnovers, no fruits, no hot food, no milk, not even silverware! Absolutely horrible!! I will not be back!
