D/T needing a 1st floor handicap room, the receptionist was honest. They did not have anything on the 1st floor, & the elevator was not working. Our monies was refunded immediately. We had 2 look 4 another hotel for the night. [Unable to go up/down stairs presently]. Staff was very attentive, polite, & professional. The area looked very clean. Noticed a lot of activity for the hour [1100 PM]. Can't rate the room D/T didn't see one.
