Well, some of the reviews for this place are quite harsh. The rooms are clean, the towels sheets also.
There is a general tiredness in many areas - which would not take much to lift the quality. A few cupboard doors not opening, etc.
The food in evening was more than adequate. The only issue it was coldish when served - but good quality. The breakfast offers varied options ( in Italy, more sweet things), but ok.an issue here - and many other hotels using coffee machines offering poor quality.
But be clear, if one does a price comparison- it would be very hard to beat .

Buona posizione, disponibilità di parcheggio e personale gentilissimo sia nella reception all'arrivo ed alla partenza, sia nella sala colazione
Il letto matrimoniale aveva il materasso letteralmente deformato verso il centro per l'usura e per l'età, per cui la notte mi svegliavo di continuo per arrampicarmi verso l'esterno del letto, questo mi ha procurato, oltre all'evidente perdita di sonno per il continuo svegliarmi, anche un forte dolore alla schiena quando mi sono alzato la mattina; inoltre, dal momento che sono stato lì in un periodo dove iniziava il fresco, non dico che sarebbe stato gradevole il riscaldamento, ma avrei gradito almeno una coperta sul letto, oltre al kit teli da bagno. Il frigobar è presente, ma è .... vuoto! Tralascio gli arredi e le serrature che sono totalmente da rivedere. I rubinetti erogano acqua a pressione variabile: si passa da quasi un filo d'acqua a un'erogazione a piena forza, per poi tornare al filo d'acqua e quindi di nuovo a "tutta birra", di continuo. Un altro appunto lo faccio sulla colazione, ma solamente sul succo d'arancia che aveva un sapore davvero sgradevole!
