We arrived during a rainstorm and really appreciated it when the receptionist moved her car so we could park right in front of the hotel. Our room was not in the main building but in a row of rooms on a walkway behind it. Our room was simply furnished with two single beds and a small table and chair. The heating was on so it was quite cosy. Breakfast next morning was in the big dining room - a continental breakfast buffet with plenty of options - lovely! There were bars and restaurants within walking distance - the Bar Piccolo had a pleasant outside seating area with tables.

I recently stayed at Hotel Prati in Montecatini Terme, and I must say it was a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their attentiveness, kindness, and readiness to help with recommendations and local information added a personal touch that made a big difference.
The location of the hotel is ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the city center, making it a perfect base to explore Tuscany (including day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca).
The room was clean, well-maintained, and functional, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked efficiently (a blessing during the summer heat), and the Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout. While the décor is a bit classic, it matches the charm and authenticity of Montecatini.

Very friendly staff, helpful and Nice people ! Hotel is very beautiful from outside. Also the reception and breakfast place looks very new and nice. Breakfast was very Good ! Near the hotel is beautiful park where you can have a drink.
The furniture is very old… it could look nice but indeed this really made me Feel uncomfortable. For families with children can be fine. The curtains would really need some washing, too. But these are really easily fixable things which would make the hotel even better!
