La décoration, la propreté, l'emplacement qui étaient parfaits, plein centre tout en étant un peu à l'écart avec un parc juste en face que l'on pouvait regardé des fenêtres. j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir mais pas en été en période de fortes chaleurs.

A la date de mon séjour, les températures à Nantes étaient de 37°et même si cet appartement est très confortable, l'absence de climatisation est un point négatif. Il faisait très chaud et le ventilateur fourni n'est pas suffisant pour rafraichir l'appartement et est très bruyant. C'est le seul point négatif à noter.

Impeccably clean.
Equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine with tablets provided.
WiFi was great!
Large TV and couch (not super comfy but ok).
Enough space for a solo or couple travelling.
Bed was perfect! Not too hard or soft.
Roller metal shades that make the rooms completely dark!! We slept in late, so quiet!!
Fan provided if needed.
Bathroom shower/sink (weak water pressure but gets really hot) is separate from toilet/sink.
Elevator access!
We walked from the train and all over town to sightsee, but there is a tram and buses.
Had to arrange a meeting time to get keys. I would have preferred a lockbox as we were at the mercy of public transport. Our guide didn't speak English so it was a little difficult but we got the main idea and a QR code was provided to get all necessary info in English.
Otherwise the place was near perfection!
