Welcome to Ophelia, a charming flat nestled in a quiet location on the second floor of a secure residence without an lift. This cozy retreat for two to four people offers the perfect balance of style and comfort, just a few minutes from downtown Nantes. Ideal for a business trip or a weekend getaway for two or with the family, it has ultra-fast fiber internet and all amenities nearby.
A cozy and functional interior:
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.) so you can cook just like at home
- Pleasant living room with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (fiber), and dining area
- Bedroom with 160x200 double bed, large dressing room, office area with sofa bed
- Modern bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
For your convenience, a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are at your disposal.
An ideal location:
A stone's throw from the Île de Nantes and local shops, bakery, wine merchant, supermarket, florist, pharmacy, and more. Not to mention the local gourmet spots! On the banks of the Loire, close to the quays: ideal for gourmet walks or relaxing by the water.
Transportation:
- Tram: Line 1, “Chantier naval” stop is right next door and will take you to Place du Commerce and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne in less than 5 minutes.
- Train station: only 5 tram stops away.
- A real bonus: the “gare maritime” stop also allows you to take the river shuttle to cross the Loire and discover Trentemoult, an old fishing village known for its colorful houses, traditional bistros, and crêperies.
PLEASE NOTE: a new tram line is currently being built along the quay, which may cause some disruption during the day.
