The Grand, New Orleans and Rouge Manor are ALL top notch as well as the wonderful staff. We’ve stayed here and the New Orleans many times. Caleb, Chris and the rest of the staff are excellent hosts and we always enjoy our time in Eureka in no small thanks to these prime establishments

The location was close to shopping, trolley service, and breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. If you're looking for an experience in staying in a hotel that feels 150 years old without costing a fortune, this is the perfect place. The street noise was minimal with the exception of the occasional loud vehicle-which the hotel could do nothing about! Bathrooms were nice although some venting of the steam in the showers would have been nice. There is a coffee pot but no type of kitchenette.
It took quite awhile for the hot water to reach the second floor, the hotel manager said that it was because there were few guests staying while we were there.. There is some street noise, which is not the fault of the hotel, but it something to be aware of.. The grand staircase from the first to second floor is a beast! I read some reviews that mentioned it but i didn't think it could be that bad.. it's a challenge. They are not steep or small stairs but they do seem to go on forever, and there is no elevator on the property. There is also no food at the hotel, so you have to bring food with you or go out for every meal. One of the rooms had no windows, you might feel claustrophobic a bit. Just a heads up, Eureka Spring is a very "progressive" town. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but just as added information that you won't know before you go there- it's not necessairly a negative thing, the people are very nice! Just something to note.
