All Seasons Treehouse Village

Location was killer, super cute, and the porch swing was a perfect way to end the day!

Even though there was only 2 of us I booked the 2 bedroom house because of the amenities. However one bed was rock hard the other was sink to the floor soft lol.

Our daughter loved the upstairs of our treehouse, she got the whole thing to herself. The little kitchenette was just big enough for us to use for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were great and the bathroom was nice, the shower was very tall.

There was no dish sponge.

The bed was a bit soft for me and difficult to get around bed. Lamps a bit to dim for reading.

We booked the cabin the night before. We arrived early and our cabin was ready when we got there (around 12:00 or 1:00pm). Was able to get out bags unloaded, and review what we wanted to do. Also, the cabin was clean, and had all the dishes or plates you needed if you cooked or just wanted to have a glass of wine.

After we returned from dinner after 7:00pm we went to turn on the tv and also to log into the Wi-Fi. The cable did not work at all. There was a phone number to call in case if the WiFi did not work. So, I called the number and got right to a representative. After about 10 minutes the phone became disconnected or something because could not hear the representative at all. Stayed on the phone for another couple of minutes stating I could not hear them and nothing. So, I called the number back and got with another representative. The representative tried to assist on resetting the password and it did not work and after 35 minutes of trying to connect I told the representative I was done. We tried to connect 3 or 4 different times and it never worked. Luckily I turned my hotspot on my phone and we had an IPad to watch Netflix. It wasn’t a total loss but still an inconvenience. The next day I called to check out and told the staff member what happened and they stated they have had issues over the past 4 days and will let the company know about it. Nothing about sorry for the inconvenience or even letting us know that this maybe an issue at check in. We could have checked on the Wi-Fi and tv when we checked in early and it may have been resolved before we returned that evening. One other item was it was a little dark in the room itself. There is a ceiling fan with lights and two lights next to the bed but it could have used just something more. The bed was softer than what we would want. It was a king size bed, and when laying down it like sank into it. Our bed is not even close to what this was like. So, both woke up with a sore back.
