Clean, spacious, nice view, quiet, good location close to the center and railway station.
The airconditioning in the second room was not working and we had not been informed about it. The pillows are not comfortable.

Le matelas du grand lit pourrait être meilleur .
Il faudrait préciser les dimensions des lits et des oreillers car j’avais pris des draps pour 1m40 et une taie d’oreiller 65 x 65 comme la plupart en France
Il serait hygiénique de prévoir des housses à matelas et oreiller ou de préciser aux futurs clients d’en apporter

The managing host was very helpful and responded to emails quickly, turned up on time at check-in and check-out. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the centre and the train station. The views from the large balcony over the lake and mountains are wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and recently redecorated. The 2 bathrooms were large with good showers. Washing machine, oven, large fridge freezer and kitchen extractor.
There were some very disappointing factors which affected our stay. The worst one being the condition of the double bed which makes a terrible noise with the slightest movement, to the extent it disturbs the people in the adjoining bedroom as well as being most uncomfortable. A previous review also refers to this so it is disappointing that it has not been rectified.
We arrived by train so had no option but to hire the linen and towels but the cost of €52 for 4 people for 4 nights was excessive in our opinion. The twin room was provided with a double sheet, when really 2 singles should have been provided. Similar properties that we have stayed at normally include linen in their hire charge.
Only one set of keys was provided which meant we could not return at different times, a significant issue for 4 people.
The emergency procedures were very poor in our opinion - no emergency contact details, no fire extinguishers or fire detection systems or instructions were visible, and the front door to the communal block requires a key to exit, which would delay escape in the event of fire, assuming you've actually got the key with you.
Although there is a washing machine there was no iron or ironing board.
No kettle, just a coffee maker which is no good for making tea!
