Ideal location for walking into the town centre, the riverside attractions and for the coastal walk towards Broughty Ferry and Monifieth. Accommodation has a lift. Clean and good sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen for those intending to cook. Scenic views of the road bridge and across the Tay.

Parts of the flat are beginning to be in need of some tlc. Some small parts of the paintwork could do with a freshen up. The plastic veneers on the kitchen cabinets have also begun to peel slightly as a result of regular heat from the hob, toaster and microwave and are beginning to look a bit untidy. The extractor housing above the cabinets also needs relocating and resealing. Small things at this stage which did not detract significantly from our experience but which will only deteriorate further in time. This was our second visit and twice we have experienced some inconvenience in gaining access.

Secure premises. Comfortable bed. Good view. Comfy seating.

Central heating difficult to keep on. Few kitchen utensils. Needs maintenance as looks a bit worn. No shower mat.
