Minden nap kitakarították a medencét.
Koszos volt az apartman, nem volt megfelelő a tisztaság, penész is volt és az ágy alatt, éjjeli szekrények alatt kosz és használt elektromos cigaretta csikkek voltak. A felszereltség sem volt teljesen megfelelő, mert külön kellett kérni ágyneműt, paplant, lepedőt. Érkezéskor fél órát kellett várnunk a becsekkolásra, 15kor érkeztünk és 3 különböző személlyel kellett telefonálni és sms-ezni ahhoz , hogy valaki végre megerősítse a szállásunkat és beengedjen minket. Távozáskor pedig ránk szóltak, hogy vigyük le a szemetet és szedjük össze a szemetet. Soha nem találkoztunk még ilyennel, hogy a bérelt apartmanunkat távozáskor takarítani kelljen. A takarítószolgálatnak nem elég 10:00-15:00ig kitakarítani a következő vendégnek? Miért takarítana az aki bérli az apartmant? Ennyi pénzért, ár-érték arány szempontjából egyáltalán nem ezt vártuk volna.

Moderne Einrichtung, modernes Bad, gute Matratzen alles blitzsauber und der Blick aufs Meer inkl. Pool? Unbezahlbar (aber zum Glück doch bezahlbar 😄). Kaffee auf dem großzügigem Balkon, Sonnenuntergang inklusive – wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg.
Perfekte Lage, nette Gastgeber, null Stress.
Wir kommen gern wieder.
Die Umgebung kann als unruhig empfunden werden: In den benachbarten Ferienwohnungen wurden täglich Partys von jungen Gruppen (bei uns 8 verschiedene) gefeiert, teils bis in den frühen Morgen inkl. div. Gesangs- bzw. Gröleinlagen. Liegt sicher an der Nähe zum Partystrand ZRCE. Wer empfindlich schläft, sollte unbedingt Ohrstöpsel einpacken. Wir haben uns arrangiert, es hat uns weniger gestört.

The apartments were well equipped and handed over clean. We really liked the views you get from the terrace and pool deck.
The agency was available the whole time and very responsive. The booking process before our arrival was pretty uncomplicated and they know the city very well.
The apartments are located on the edge of a secluded residential area of Novalja without supermarkets or restaurants nearby. We felt like the rooms and outdoor area look much bigger in the pictures than they are in reality.
We took a late flight to Zadar and booked an airport transfer directly with them. Unfortunately we had to wait for 40 minutes at the airport before they picked us up. So we wouldn‘t recommend that service.
When we arrived at the property an employee threatened us with police if we would make noise after 22:00h before we even entered the apartment. I guess they have a lot of prejudices against large groups making holiday in Novalja during that time of the year. But just a little more sensitivity to who is in front of you would be appropriate.
In general, we would have appreciated a bit more professionalism. For payment processing, we had to come to the office and pay each invoice item separately in the local currency. Due to currency conversion, there were significant additional costs compared to the price that was displayed to us on Booking as "fixed price including taxes and fees". The staff's attempts at explanation were not satisfactory. Due to a billing error by an employee, we were asked to come back to the office. What kind of expectation is that? Way too much hassle for a short vacation...
