About this house rental
The house has 2 apartments with a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two huge living rooms with large balconies overlooking the sea and solid natural stone floors. The panoramic glass doors of the living room can be completely turned aside.
A staircase leads directly to the private bathing area with a small jetty. A pool ladder helps to get into the water.
Internet (30MBit / s) free via WLAN throughout the house, landline telephone available (DECT).
The two kitchens are each integrated in the living room and have a dishwasher (Miele), induction stove (Siemens) and a very large refrigerator with separate freezer area (Liebherr). Even otherwise, the equipment with all the usual kitchen appliances is more than complete.
All dishes, bed linen, etc. is available, as is a washing machine (Miele).
The house is located on a bay with sandy beach and shallow water with sandy bottom, ideal for barefoot bathing and splashing; ideal for children. From the bathing place over the water to reach (100m), or by foot (also 100m). All-day restaurant 300m away.
All windows and doors are equipped with stable outdoor shutters with adjustable slats. Because of this and the massive walls, the temperatures inside the apartment are usually very moderate, so that the existing air conditioning almost never needs to be used. Since all windows are equipped with insect blinds, it is also easy to ventilate in the evening and at night.
In the basement you will find for free use several surfboards and -sgel, paddle boats, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and water toys.
The place Potocnica is a small village with about 50 holiday houses, mainly of Croatians. The place is accordingly quiet and contemplative.
Potocnica is located 10 km north of Novalja, the tourist center of the island, with many restaurants, shops and leisure activities.

Its the perfect location for vacation. Its quiet with stunning views. The house itself is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including paddle boards, sand toys for the kids, snorkeling gear,... It is clear that this is someones personal vacation home and not just another rental. I can highly recommend it!

Der offene Wohnbereich mit der durch eine riesige Falttür getrennten Terrasse bietet eine einmalige Atmosphäre und der Ausblick sucht seines gleichen. Der großzügige Wohnbereich bildet das Zentrum, von dem man in die Schlafräume mit den separaten Sanitärbereichen geht. Das Appartement ist top ausgestattet und zusätzlich findet man im Keller sämtliche Utensilien, die man zum Baden am Meer benötigt. Somit kann man mit sehr leichtem Gepäck den Urlaub antreten. Die Umgebung ist sehr erholsam und ruhig. Direkt unter dem Haus gelangt man über ein Betonplateau ins Wasser und in 100 m Luftlinie vom Haus entfernt, befindet sich ein Sandstrand. Das Appartement ist geeignet für alle Altersgruppen, denn in nur 10 Minuten Fahrzeit ist man in Novalja. Der Urlaub war traumhaft schön und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wir waren das 1. Mal in Potocnica auf der Insel Pag und haben den Urlaub in dem Objekt genossen.
Wir waren 3 Familien (10 Personen) und hatten reichlich Platz. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die großartige große Terrasse mit Blick über die gesamte Bucht! Auch sonst war das Haus komplett eingerichtet (WLAN / TV / etc.) und sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Keller befanden sich sogar viele Sportartikel (Surfbretter/Kajak/Luftmatratzen) zur freien Verfügung. Der Badeplatz am Wasser war ausreichend groß und das Wasser ohnehin eine Wucht- klar und sauber.
In etwa 300 Meter Entfernung haben wir auch ein gutes Restaurant vorgefunden, ansonsten muss man für Restaurant-Besuche ca. 12km nach Novalja fahren.
Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Kennen Sie das? Sie sprechen mit Ihrem Partnern und ihren Kindern über den nächsten Urlaub und plötzlich ist die Idee am Tisch, mit einer befreundeten Familie zu fahren, aber irgendwie gibt es trotz aller Euphorie doch auch Zweifel, ob das für einen ganzen Urlaub nicht zu eng wäre. Die "Villa am Meer" bietet die Lösung für einen absoluten Traumurlaub mit Freunden. Zwei Wohnungen übereinander, eine schöner als die andere, beide mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich denken kann. Gemeinsamer Urlaub mit einer befreundeten Familie und gleichzeitig üppig Privatsphäre für alle. Man merkt an allen Ecken und Enden, dass die Vermieter dieses Traumhaus für eine Großfamilie gebaut haben.
Und dann noch in dieser Traumlage! Zwischen Hauptgang und Nachspeise schnell ins Meer hupfen, oder am Sandstrand liegen und zwei Minuten, nachdem die Idee aufgetaucht ist auf der Terrasse einen Kaffee schlürfen und den Segelbooten am Meer nachschauen. Die Kinder sind inzwischen gemeinsam auf großer Abenteuerfahrt durch die Bucht. Schlauchboote, Stand-Up Paddle und Surfboards liegen im Keller dazu bereit. Ein kurzer Kontrollblick über die Bucht, dass es ihnen gut geht und dann eine zweite Tasse gemacht. Am Abend, mit den Freunden eine Flasche Wein auf der Terrasse unter dem Sternenhimmel bei langen intensiven Gesprächen. Und wenn es dann doch einmal einen Ausflug geben soll, gibt es in einer Mappe jede Menge gute Tipps der Vermieter. Aber warum eigentlich einen Urlaubstag außerhalb dieser tollen Bucht mit Sandstrand verbringen und warum eigentlich abreisen....?
