Appartement neuf dans une résidence très propre. Andrea a tout mis en œuvre pour nous accueillir et facilite notre séjour même pour deux nuits!
Nous étions 3, je pense que cela était bien pour 3 personnes.
Le canapé lit n’est pas hyper confortable.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. Our host met us on arrival and recommended places to eat and attractions to visit whilst in Lucca, and was easily contactable throughout our stay. The accommodation was incredibly clean and well equipped, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Very clean, newer apartment building at a quiet neighborhood. Great location
No air-conditioning in the bedroom. Only air-conditioning unit is in the living room and air-conditioning was off when we arrived. It would have been great if the apartment wasn't so hot when we arrived. It took 4 hours to bring the temperature down by 2 degrees since it was a hot day. Optimal temperature was reached overnight.
One air-conditioning unit doesn't cool down an entire apartment.
TV language for TV function was set at Polish language and nobody bothered to change it prior to us finding out.
Kitchen oven was locked and couldn't use it. No iron or ironing board. No extra pillows. Extra large closet unit in the bedroom that left no space for night stands.
