The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and well organised with all the appliances you need. Five minutes walk to everywhere, it was great to spread out after 8 weeks of travelling and having a week here was brilliant. We cooked in the great kitchen and washed clothes. Lucca was superb.
The stairs are tricky with bags etc but that really didn’t worry us. Good exercise.
The shower, hard to get in with a door that doesn’t fold back enough but we managed , just.
The bed, comfortable but far too small as it’s only a double. We haven’t slept in a double bed since we first got married ( 42 years ago) and we just couldn’t sleep so my husband slept in the single bed next door.

We liked the location in the centre of Lucca. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped with the door leading to the terrazza with greats views over Lucca and the hills beyond.
We did not like the tiny bathroom and the difficulty of getting in and out of the shower. There were no handrails on the top flights of stairs within the apartment.

We spent 5 nights at this spacious well equipped apartment. It is situated in a quiet location of Lucca, within easy reach of all the amenities Lucca has to offer. The living area was far more spacious than it appears on its photos. The balcony was the added bonus to have breakfast and drinks at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again.
The steps to the apartment could be an issue for those who have mobility problems (we were fine).
The living area could do with air conditioning as it was exceptionally warm and the fan struggled!
