Very spacious home with a lovely balcony. The location is also very good, very short drive to Thessaloniki as well as to Peraia. It was clean and provided everything needed for our 15 day stay. The property owner is very friendly and their hospitality is very nice. They made sure everything was always good and right.

Θα ειναι χρήσιμες καποιες βελτιώσεις στο μπάνιο και στα κρεβάτια και με γενεί στις εγκαταστάσεις του ακινήτου.

Excellent location close to supermarkets,ATM,Pharmacy,taxi rank etc.
Large spacious apartment and balcony to sit in the sun.

The apartment can be reached very quickly by car without entering Thessaloniki. It is very close to the International Hellenic University. It's very quiet - there aren't even any bikers! Three rooms with double beds offer excellent facilities for 3 or 6 people. The kitchenette is fully equipped.
The neighborhood is elite, the buildings have parking lots, and for a sudden arrival it is quite difficult to find a parking space nearby.
