The owner was extremely friendly and pro-active. He asked every day if we needed something. The neighborhood has lots of olive trees and very large trees, but it is also very practical and only a few minutes from the beach. A larger supermarket is also within walking distance (or a 2-minute drive). The balcony at the rear of the house overlooks a beautiful courtyard garden with a huge tree where birds play in the morning.
The kitchen is full of practical items. Everything was very clean. The shower water was nice and hot, and there are several air conditioning units in the apartment. There is a washing machine, which is very handy as well.
Both in the 'looks' and in the 'items', you can see that the owner took care of many details.

The apartment is very nice furnished and comfortable. The garden is lovely. The beach is 2-3 min away.

Very clean apartment, big enough to accommodate 2 families without any problem. Close to the beach and the city center. Fotis is very helpful.
I will definitely come again.
