Marco was amazing, and the apartment is so unique. I stayed with my daughter and the bed was SO comfortable, and the apartment perfectly situated on a street that was quiet yet convienent to both the center and parking since we had driven.
The Etruscan cave spa was incredible! The jacuzzi tub, bath salts, candles, steam room and lower cool room were magical. We will be back!!

Hübsche Wohnung für zwei Personen. Der etruskische Spa-Bereich ist eine kleine Zeitreise – die Bedeutung wurde mir erst nach der Underground-Führung richtig bewusst.
Sämtliche Stufen im Apartment sind nicht ganz ungefährlich: Die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer ist einseitig offen, und auch die Treppen in den Keller sollte man mit Vorsicht begehen. WC bei Schlafzimmer und Bad/WC im Erdgeschoß.
Bademäntel stehen zur Verfügung, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett und die Matratze sehr gut. Der Besitzer liebt technische Details wie Alexa, gut gesetzte Lichtquellen und Schalter. Außerdem ist er offensichtlich ein Romantiker – es gibt viele, viele Kerzen, um im Keller Romantik zu erzeugen.
Die Lage ist gut. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist zwar eine Durchfahrtsstraße, aber dank der sehr guten Fenster hört man keinen Autolärm. Der Besitzer empfängt persönlich und erklärt alles ausführlich. Der öffentliche Parkplatz kostet 12 € pro Tag, die restlichen Parkplätze sind für Anrainer reserviert (was ich grundsätzlich gut finde).
Es gibt nur zwei Fenster. Leider ist das Küchenfenster mit einer Sichtschutzfolie verklebt – ich persönlich würde hier einen Vorhang bevorzugen. Das Schlafzimmerfenster bietet Aussicht auf die Straße. Das ist aber Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau; ich mag einfach keine Fenster ohne Aussicht. Im Herbst ist die Wohnung etwas kühl, draußen warm innen kühl, liegt sicherlich am Steinhaus. WLan hatte oft Ausfälle.

L'appartamento è moderno e molto curato in ogni dettaglio, coniugando il passato di Orvieto attraverso i livelli sottostanti scavati nella roccia, frutto dell'affascinante storia della città. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel parcheggio coperto (a pagamento) subito vicino alla casa, ed è stato tutto molto semplice! Marco è stato gentilissimo, dandoci ottimi consigli sempre col sorriso. Siamo stati davvero bene :)
