Surprisingly big bed and very comfortable mattress. I've slept really well, with minimal sounds coming from outside. Beautiful bathroom with shower and bath tube. Amazing very helpful and professional staff. Very nice hotel!

The room was large, with a massive bathroom and extra large king bed. With a table work/ computer desk. Aircon was effective, and it had a small fridge. Food at the restaurant was somewhat limited, but that was understandable given it really only catered for the few guests. It was also relatively expensive, especially especially the Starter course and dessert. The Cultural Mask dance Dinner was great, but only 3 couples (all house guests) attended. The hotel is a little out of the way from the city centre, but that meant it was quieter, and they run a shuttle cart to the Palace. Staff were very friendly and quite efficient. Ample supply of bottled water. Food is Halal, so OK for Moslems. The pool area is nice.

The coffee machine in the Cafe area being more reliably working, and an earlier than 7am start for breakfast would have been good. The toilet tissue holder in our room was at ankle height.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful

The toilet flush was very dodgy we had to get staff in to fix the toilet and bum gun and once they fixed it they were leaking everywhere, also I went for a massage which finished 8 minutes early and honestly wasn’t that great, I just left feeling greasy and oily and not very relaxed, I noticed the masseuse looking at her phone during the massage as well. The food was very average, the restaurant had 0 atmosphere, I wouldn’t come back
