Location, air conditioning, comfortable beds, big bathroom, ample storage and hangars, quiet street, good size refrigerator, sufficient kitchen ware. Pretty wood paneling and furniture, and attractive window shades. Lovely shade covered porch with prch swing and hammock.
Water in tinaco (?) ran out mid shower, patio not very well ceaned, filtered water smelled like sulphur so non drinkable, some light bulbs were burned out on arrival, dust covered light fixtures,windows dirty in and out. No mattress pad below sheets, and one set of sheets was soiled on arrival ( physical dirt and questionable stains). Previoys renters trash bags were visible to us and animals got in it. I cleaned it up and put it in an outside vented storage bodega.
