Great location. Right in centre of Chichester. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Good pillows!!
The kitchen was small, but had everything you need. Dry happy to stay there again

Location. Just round the corner from the city centre and a very short walk to the theatre, which was the purpose of our trip
The nightclub round the corner but which went under the property. There was no mention of this on any of the other reviews. When we walked back to the theatre, we heard this loud music and the noise of people. It went under the studio flat and trying to get to sleep with the thumpy thumpy sound coming through the walls was not easy. This is why I have had to lower the rating.
