Residence Le Marais Beaubourg by Studio prestige

The host or main contact person was very accessible and responded to my email or call immediately.So the rating is not with regards to being available. Location is amazing, very central and great area with lots of restaurants and amenities.

If you are visiting in the colder months, bring lots of sweaters. This place was very cold and when I asked for extra blanket, it was refused. The heater was cranked up to 32 degrees and it was still cold so i think it wasn't working. I also did not like that bathroom did not have any hooks for towels and inside the shower, no area to hold soaps, very awkward space.

Location is top tier - right in the heart of the Marais. We (2 of us) stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment - for Paris is was spacious - however anymore than 3-4 people might be a squeeze. Apartment faces into an internal courtyard so minimal noise. Facilities fairly modern, good shower, bed was comfortable. We used the washing machine during out stay and there's also a dishwasher. Staff were very responsive on the Booking.com messages - we got an extra set of keys and any questions we had were answered promptly. The office is nearby as well if you wanted to talk to someone in person. We had to extend last minute and it was organised smoothly.

Careful about booking in Summer - there is no aircon. We were fortunate with the weather in early Spring, however we already had the fans on for air circulation.

non funzionava internet, mi hanno fornito password sbagliate due volte, non abbiamo avuto una minima assistenza mai si sono preoccupati di chiamarci per sapere se almeno fossimo entrati in casa, non ho mai fornito i miei documenti per la registrazione. all'ingresso ho trovato 4 bottiglie di acqua e 4 cialde del caffè!!!!
