Very clean, spacious, nice lounge to relax, great temperature in winter, kitchen was big enough t to cook, great location and free parking!

The value was great, well-priced. The decor is very good, perfect for an Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and responsive. I especially appreciated the self check-in/out option and the coffee machine, just what we needed for a quick stay in Bourges.
The location/parking is a bit underwhelming, but you're still a 5-min car ride from wherever you want to go.

Very central, clean, free parking nearby
No Air Conditioning (a tiny fan didn't help), contrary to description.
The most uncomfortable bed I've slept on (tried sleeping on).
No toiletries, contrary to description.
Were told to take the bedding off and take the bins out ourselves at the end of our one night stay.
