Good location. Clean room.

The room was clean with a lot of storage space. Our room had a balcony which we did not expect. The bed was comfortable. The soundproofing of the room from outside noise was good. The access to busses and transit was convenient. The boulangerie just outside reception was as good as any in Paris. The Melting Pot food hall right outside the gate also had great food. There is also laundry on site with fast machines.

The room had no air conditioning and heat was provided from a small radiator unit. The radiator would get slightly warm even when the dial was at the lowest setting. The room could get uncomfortably warm at night for us, making it necessary to open the doors to the balcony to cool it off, which also let in all that outside noise the doors were so good at blocking. The property is located at the end of Metro line 3, which is older and very crowded. During our stay the closest station was closed for maintenance and we had to take a replacement bus to the next station, which was no fault of the property but it was inconvenient. The cost to use the laundry was rather high.

Even though it is not in the center, the location is very good since the metro station is across the street. The apartment was clean and it had almost everything you needed.

It's a smaller apartment but compared to others it is a good choice.

One very nice deluxe room. Don’t take the twin bed room— too tight for anything but a child.

Bagnolet. The surrounding neighborhood. I had some baggage stolen en route to getting an Uber pickup.
