Very comfortable and well-equipped house just a stone's throw from the beach. Perfect layout for three generations to enjoy time together and celebrate a special birthday. Quiet, gated situation with easy parking. The open plan kitchen/dining area is great and the lounge is very comfortable with a balcony and sea view. The youngest members of the family loved the cubby hole and being "first on the beach" ! The rear decked terrace and garden is another good space. It's a beautifully presented house with lots of interesting artwork and quirky features.
Only one small detail, the double bed mattresses are not particularly supportive.

Spacious with modern interior. Extra details such as books and a space for children to play were an added bonus.
Parking was tricky one evening, and the bedrooms could each do with a wall mirror to be able to do hair near a socket.

The instructions on how to get into the property (gated community) and then the front door were correct. The property was amazing, it has been decorated since some of the photos have been taken on the website. The view from the front of the house were great (sea and the IoW) the shared areas were all spacious and comfortable. Linen was good quality. No tea towels had been left but the owner brought some round within minutes of contacting them. Really responsive.
The house is nearly on the waters edge, it was perfect
The number on the door is not clear (plaque needs renewing) but we could work it out from properties either side. The rainforest showers continually leaked but we contacted the owners who came round to review straight away. It didn't impact our stay but we didn't want it to cause any damage. The single mattresses were not great for adults but we all managed to sleep. Nothing to complain about at all, we had a great stay.
