Location, view, well appointed, terrace and deck.
Didn’t have the deck chairs and table when we arrived. Roberto sorted that for us. They made the terrace so beautiful to spend time on. Also table and chairs in picture on balcony were not there, but not required so maybe change picture. Couple of rugs on the floors would make it so cosy and offer of optional robes (at additional cost) would make it luxurious.

It was perfect - it is quiet, yet moments walk from the central square, the appliances and devices left to use are all excellent quality, then view is unbeatable - the ability to have your morning coffee with your feet dangling in the lake is incredible. We spent hours on the sun loungers enjoying the view, the peace, the fish, the swans, watching the little taxi boats ferry people to the island. I have recommended this apartment to all my friends! Hosts were 1st class.
