The photos cannot do this property justice, it's just beautiful. The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. We spent hours playing in the lake- apparently the cleanest in Europe.Francesca was extremely nice, super-helpful and fast to reply- she really went over and above what you'd expect from a host

Loved this place. Spent hours relaxing in the private garden at water's edge, with wonderful views of Isola San Giulio, the wildlife, and boats. Short walk to charming historic village centre. Note that nearest supermarket is in Pettenasco, a short drive away. We stayed for a week at end May and enjoyed the jasmine scent in the garden, the sunsets, and the chattering of swallows. Francesca was very welcoming and super helpful. We hope to be back.

Parking is tricky but once parked up, you can walk, swim, cycle or kayak, abandon the car for a few days, kick back and relax.
