It is very convenient, great location, amazing distribution of the flat. Very spacious and fully equipped!

A great location with easy and quick access to restaurants, the City and the beach/promenade. Dedicated parking is also good.
For a six " berth " accommodation only four dining chairs were available. Hence our party of six couldn't all sit around for meals.

Reasonable place for a short stay. Well located for the museum, leisure centre, beach and city centre. For Swansea, decor is well done for the budget. It was clean. TV and internet worked well.
Definitely some penny pinching going on - poorly equipped kitchen, no cafetiere or coffee making setup, no dishwasher tabs?! A general need for maintenance with several minor issues needing attending to.
