Location, ease of access, provision of basic amenities
A damp musty smell necessitating windows to be kept open throughout our stay- fine in summer, less so in cooler weather. No television, and misleading information concerning the WiFi code.

Not much to critique, except maybe the lights for the stairs could have been better marked at night, and the flat itself is a little tricky to find.

. Great location for my visit. Shops and cafes nearby .Plenty of space for one .Host was easy to contact.
No mirror in bathroom and v dim light in there.Shower just a trickle.Wifi code semi-illegibly written . Heating difficult to operate and no prominent instructions. No obvious fire safety instructions and problems locking the fire-escape door.(host responded quickly).No TV. Overwhelming smell of bleach on arrival.(some people could be allergic)
