I liked the blinds outside the windows to make the rooms dark.
Washing machine and tumble dryer was particularly useful and easy to use.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and within easy walking distance to the University. The apartment had all requited amenities and was very comfortable.
A fan in the extreme summer heat would have been a good addition.
