helles, modernes Apartment mit viel Platz; zentrale Lage im Herzen Mannheims mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu ÖPNV und Einzelhandel; prima schallisolierte Fenster; sauberes Treppenhaus und gut funktionierender Fahrstuhl; freundlicher Hausmeister

keine Kaffeemaschine; keine unterschiedlichen Behälter für die Mülltrennung (obwohl seitens der Stadt vorgeschrieben); unbequeme, "zusammengewürfelte" Stühle; unpersönliche Kommunikation mit der Agentur; mangelhafter "After-Sales-Service": auch nach zweimaliger Bitte wurde uns keine Rechnung ausgestellt :(

Nice apartment with great potential. In a nice part of Mannheim with plenty of cafes, shops and eateries. It was quite large and comes with a washing machine (but no tablets) and balcony. There is a smart TV and comfortable couch, but it's missing a coffee table.

I would guess that the people who own and/or these apartments have little or no experience when it comes to operating a quality hospitality establishment where customer interests are a priority. The quantity of emails they send, the ridiculous length of those emails, and the somewhat aggressive tone and disingenuous nature of some of them, gives the impression that customers are nothing more than a necessary inconvenience. Add to that the absence of a microwave (there was none on our last visit either!), only one tea towel and 3 toilet rolls for a near two week stay (it was the same on our last visit), nearly worn out beds, and the superficial cleanliness. I'd stay here again as it works for our needs. But I'd love to see the company focus a little more on their customers and stop doing just the bare minimum
