helles, modernes Apartment mit viel Platz; zentrale Lage im Herzen Mannheims mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu ÖPNV und Einzelhandel; prima schallisolierte Fenster; sauberes Treppenhaus und gut funktionierender Fahrstuhl; freundlicher Hausmeister
keine Kaffeemaschine; keine unterschiedlichen Behälter für die Mülltrennung (obwohl seitens der Stadt vorgeschrieben); unbequeme, "zusammengewürfelte" Stühle; unpersönliche Kommunikation mit der Agentur; mangelhafter "After-Sales-Service": auch nach zweimaliger Bitte wurde uns keine Rechnung ausgestellt :(

La posizione
L'organizzazione non è tempestiva nel risolvere i problemi e addirittura assente. Per esempio quando siamo arrivati, nella cassetta assegnataci per prendere la chiave, questa non c'era e dopo averli contattati via mail, perché non rispondono al telefono,hanno risposto dopo 15 minuti che stavamo giù al portone con le valigie, cambiandoci appartamento. Inoltre ci hanno fornito per 7 giorni un solo asciugamano a testa, la rete wifi era inesistente e comunque l'appartamento era sporco. Nonostante la promessa di venire il giorno dopo per risolvere questi problemi, non sono venuti e non ci hanno più risposto fino alla fine del soggiorno. Peccato perché la struttura non è male ma sono assenti e non curano i loro appartamenti. Fornirò foto della sporcizia
