Franco met us at the train station and walked us to our apartment. He the stayed for almost an hour as we asked him for all kinds of advice. When we told him what our interests were and what kinds of activities we were interested in, he offered a curated itinerary, which he then sent to us electronically. We loved being on the quiet end of town and, after a week of eating in restaurants, it was such a treat to cook an easy dinner and share wine and a meal on the terrace. The place was immaculate and spacious and equipped with everything you might need, including a washer!
I wish we could have stayed longer! It has been the highlight of our trip to Italy!
