Fontantica di Vernazza

- Very close to the railway station, coffee shops etc. We had -1 and ground floor to ourselves. - Double bed in main bedroom and then single bed in adjacent room at the upper floor. In the dining space at lower flow, there was another single bed (not made) but I am sure on request can be made as well. - 2 bathroom plus toilet at both floor’s. - The house was very clean and had all the amenities. The host was super sweet and even waited for us when our train got delayed and allowed late check-in. - Kitchen is fully equipped. - The outside porch was really nice to just sit and relax and hear the water stream flowing next to house. - It’s a cozy rustic traditional home, if you are someone who wants to have that experience. Don’t expect anything fancy like a hotel.

- Wi-Fi would be good to have but it’s already mentioned in description that it’s not there. - A packet of salt and sugar would have been nice if kept in the kitchen. - If you are light sleeper make sure to close all windows as it can be a bit loud early morning as people pass by outside. But still not very loud.

Fijne plek om van hieruit de 5terra te doen. Dicht bij het station en de belangrijkste straat van Vernazza. Appartement is erg ruim en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ook het tuintje is een pluspunt.

Er is weinig sfeerverlichting.

It was a perfect stay. You practically have the whole house to yourself on 1 floors - ground and -1 (I think the upper floor belongs to a separate part), with a terrace, a main bedroom plus a smaller one, a kitchen with fridge, a dining area, two bathrooms, and even a washing machine. The location is super central - just 5 minutes from the train station. The host was very nice and waited for me to show me around the apartment. There’s no air conditioning, but the house stays pleasantly cool, and there’s a fan just in case. The house is next to a small river, so you can fall asleep to the relaxing sound of the water.

Everything was perfect, I would just appreciate a microwave (didn’t try the oven), in case you want to reheat a part of focaccia. Also, I understand that check-in hours are established by host as depend on her availabilities and cleaning schedule, but would be great to check in before 15:30 to have more time to enjoy the house.
